I just had to leave a review on how amazing my Orkin technician Curtis is. My dog is very scared of strangers, and Curtis is so sweet and patient with him, even though the pup is barking the whole time. Curtis is kind and always asks how I’m doing and how my job is. I would highly recommend this Orkin office for anyone solely based on the positive interaction with their employees. Standup people. I also appreciate their honoring of COVID guidelines while working.

The only thing I enjoy about Orkin is Curtis, our service technician who always goes out of his way for our home. What I do not like about Orkin is almost everything but that. I get a text that my October service was prescheduled for me.. okay no big deal, except the time slot they had us down for was 12pm-7pm.. 7 hours.. the next day I get a text saying its been rescheduled for 12pm-2pm. Man I’m payin all this money every month. They kinda spray in the kitchen and leave. This is a two story house and u only spray In One spot in the kitchen. We just bought this house In January. The bugs have only gotten worse. I want to cancel and find a better company.

because I have been using Orkin for five years plus. It's not solving my problems just controlling it at bay. The chemicals are not strong enough . I feel as a customer another approach should be implemented.. I just saying. The service agent is polite and try to answer all by concerns. Paying $481.00 a year.
