Our serviceman was very knowledgeable of the issue we are having and he explained in detail everything he was doing. He allowed me to voice my concerns and he responded with assuring me that the problem would improve. He also said if I didn’t see improvement within ten days to give them a call and he would come back out. Another great pointer is he put on shoe covers before he entered the home. SUPER IMPRESSED!! Two Orkin Technicians came by to inspect the outside termites baits to determine if there are any activities. They had to use the detector to find the baits because I just had new mulch put in around the front and back of the house perimeters before inspect each of the bait stations. After they completed their inspections, I asked the lead technician what was the results and he replied everything looks good.
