I would have rated you 5 stars except for some confusion as to whether or not our technician was going to come today as scheduled. He eventually arrived after an unexpected delay which caused a bit of inconvenience for my husband and I. However, Manny, our technician, handled my husband’s complaint about the confusion without a hint of resentment or defensiveness. Very impressive demeanor!
