Paid you in full $9902.00, of which I had to pull out of my retirement, for mice in my attic, that you said I was infested with, yet I had never seen one in my house, thinking I was hiring professionals and doing the right thing, you removed all insulation , sprayed cleaner, then resprayed in insulation. Waiting several weeks before completing coverage of my vents, and you sent an inspector in under my house, saying job was complete and there no openings left open where mice could get in no more. It's been apx 45 days since last scheduled appt. House is overrun with insects. Orkin needs more than 1 employee coving east TN.

I have ring cameras all around my home. I have requested multiple times for the outside of my doors and windows to be sprayed well to keep out creepy crawlers. I can see the man barely spraying anything at all. My home is full of bugs and spiderwebs when we check on it. When I was home and could watch what they were doing I had no problems with creepy crawlers getting inside my house. I would not recommend Orkin to anyone.

Rick was as diligent as ever in his pest control treatment at my house. He never fails to ask me if I have noticed any need for specific treatment. He is cheerful and represents your company professionally and efficiently. He is punctual and personable.

I called last week because my duplex upstairs renter wanted a stink bug spray service. She said that it was ready for a regular set anyway but when he came this morning, he only serviced the upstairs. I called for him to return but he declined. Now, she’ll have to wait until next week. I like the service but, communication is lacking and results decline.
