I called last week because my duplex upstairs renter wanted a stink bug spray service. She said that it was ready for a regular set anyway but when he came this morning, he only serviced the upstairs. I called for him to return but he declined. Now, she’ll have to wait until next week. I like the service but, communication is lacking and results decline.

I informed the person who answers the phone that I had to work and could not be there she said she would tell the guy victor and I left my boxes out to be filled and they were not touched still empty. If I can trust them to do their job when I can’t be here I will find someone else
Still have a lot of spider webs.
Orkin man was there for only 9 minutes. No way he did a good job. Cameras show he barely sprayed anywhere. Did not check the bait in rat trap outside. Did. It spray around windows and doors. I have complained about Orkin for months. Time to find new pest control.
I have been a Orkin client for many years now. Utilizing many of their services. All of their employees are and have been so professional, courteous, and helpful. They work quickly and efficiently. Most importantly for me, they have a lot of patience! They patiently answer any questions that I pop up with. Yes, when I have a worry about something, they do have a treatment for that! Sometimes it is built in one of the other treatments that I have used. Money saved!
