I hope they did a very good job in terms of eradicating the mice, but I did not appreciate the attempt to upsell us on tens of thousands of dollars of renovations to the house itself.
Orkin man did not spend much time inspecting. Paid 120 dallors for 2 seconds of service. The service was horrible.

Rescheduled, less than 15 minutes from notification till gone from site. Need mouse traps re-bated. No way to interact with agent to communicate needs. Do not smell chemical applied as is usual or see evidence of spray from visit. As cold as it is, I would have noticed the wet spray as I wrapped up a call and went out to get traps refilled within minutes of receiving notification. Too late! Paid you in full $9902.00, of which I had to pull out of my retirement, for mice in my attic, that you said I was infested with, yet I had never seen one in my house, thinking I was hiring professionals and doing the right thing, you removed all insulation , sprayed cleaner, then resprayed in insulation. Waiting several weeks before completing coverage of my vents, and you sent an inspector in under my house, saying job was complete and there no openings left open where mice could get in no more. It's been apx 45 days since last scheduled appt. House is overrun with insects. Orkin needs more than 1 employee coving east TN.
