RecommendedGreat job, no problems with pests. Their treatments work. Polite, friendly and professional. Trevor is the representative that comes to our home to complete the treatments. He is excellent. My husband and I both really like him and feel comfortable with him.
Showed up without an appointment, tried to tell us we have a mouse infestation and we had to fix it ASAP. We no thanks we will get a second opinion. The tech kept pressuring us saying we were going to die and our house was going to burn down....in other words scare tactics. Well we don't play games like that so we won't be using these services again.

Worse service we have had in three years. Numerous no shows and rescheduling after waiting all day. Even on the rescheduled day they were late!

Would love to say they were great, but they would actually need to show up when scheduled. Made an appointment and they no showed, called customer service and now I have to wait several days just to get a call back.. Still no idea when they will be coming.
I called 11/29, 12/3 & 12/6 have left THREE messages w the receptionist for David in exclusions to give me a call back & still Nothing… we paid a lot of money for this service which is suppose to be “guaranteed” I suppose I’ll have to show up w my 3 kids, SAD!!!
I had an appointment schedule and no one showed up. I called and was told it had been rescheduled. A notification would have been nice. Then no one showed up for the rescheduled appointment. When I call again they rescheduled me a 3rd time and I specifically told the lady I wanted to be home so we set it up for 4-6 pm. I got a notification that they showed up at 2:30. I have been having major issues with Orkin Louisville branch. Initially they sold us on their customer service plan. They come once every other month but will come between services free of charge if needed. We also purchased the home exclusion plan which was well over $1,000. They offer a 5 year warranty where they’ll come out whenever necessary to fix any issues.
