In scheduling there is lack of providing service as scheduled. If a person is scheduled that should be honored. In addition it should be told there is a 2 hour window. The only positive experience was the technician that finally showed up after I was told he would be there at 2:00 arriving at 4:00. Being scheduled the previous day was discarded after waiting for 4 hours for the technician to arrive. They changed day & time 3 times & I called to make sure they was coming out today between 4 & 6 & guess what still didnt show up but at 3:50pm they wanted me to rate them for what no show not very happy

Do not use this company technician that came out said I had to pay for a whole year of service upfront and it would be canceled after that unless I called in and made another yearly payment turns out you don’t have to pay yearly you can pay Monthly and you do have to call in to cancel they tried to charge me for a service the following year I never got in when I refuse to pay they wanted to send me to collections technician is completely unprofessional I tried to talk to multiple managers could never get a hold of them peopl... read more

I was told they would tell me where the rats were and leave several traps. Did not even look under the Florida room or put a trap. Then asked do you want an inspector, well yes we do!!! Not very happy, here 15 minutes and gone for $177.00
