Timeframes from call to appointment were quick. Hilario Gonzalez was very nice and professional. He checked inside and outside for rodent entry points and sealed where applicable. Hilario provided good advice, sprayed externally for insects, explained the plan well. I don't remember the name of the man I spoke with to set up appointment but he was great also.
Service was on time and efficient.
Austin is an excellent technician, professional, knowledgeable, very accommodating and courteous. He is a great asset to Orkin.
Diego was very good and left me a ticket of what he did. I asked that he do that. I also asked him to check the garage for bugs. I would say he did a good job.
