We had mounds of ants taking over parts of our yard. Regular black ants and winged ants. We signed up for an annual program in which they come out and spray for ants and other critters and even clean down the spider webs. After the first two treatments (they come out twice a month) the ants were gone. In the meantime, a couple of rats found their way under our house. Our regular guy, Marck set traps and caught two. Orkin has been servicing my house for the past 3+ years keeping insects, pests away. Once during the rainy season we observed rat droppings in the garage. Orkin came right away, installed rat traps and continued checking for rats until the issue was gone. I'm very pleased with my decision to go with Orkin.
