Get directionsWe've used Orkin for 3 years and live in a heavy wooded area and haven't had any pest problems. I've found the customer service very friendly and helpful. the other reviews appear to be older so unsure if there's been a change since then, but we've been happy with the service!

I have to say that we have had the most amazing service from this location. Monte was our technician and was professional, informative and I am sure he is a great asset to this company. I would tell anyone to call this Bon Air location. Overall, great service.

Terrible communication. Technician did not show up within the window he was scheduled. I wasted over 2 hours of my time waiting. I gave up and left. He showed up later when I wasn't home. I was charged anyway- even though the inside treatment wasn't done. Management doesn't seem to care. We have told them for years that we need the first appointment of the day because of our work schedules. Taylor is the worse and rudest CS Rep I have ever encountered. I did CS for over 20 years and I know for sure if she worked with me she would have been FIRED!! She is nasty talks over you lie and tell you what you are going to have done to your account rega of what you want or say. She never lets you speak with Chase Brown. Hes either always in a meeting ALL DAY or OUT OF THE OFFICE. Also I don't like the fact that there techs can tell them and charge you for service that you did t receive. I have had Orkin for years, but as of late I have not been all too pleased with my service. My appointments and automatically scheduled Without consideration if that would work. This last time was not a good time for us. I called their number to reschedule two times, leaving a voicemail both times, and I never got a call back. My appointment was not rescheduled. The service is good when they decide they are coming. The employees are nice, knowledgeable and respectful. Do not expect to hear back from them if you leave a phone message or leave a message via the website. This has been an ongoing issue with Orkin, not a one-off.
I bought a restaurant in March of 2018 that was using Orkin's services. I continued on with their services until July of 2020. During my time with Orkin we experienced a few hiccups but nothing so grievous to complain. I was approached by another local pest control company and after a thorough walk through, their quote came in at half what I was currently paying for the same services from Orkin. I've only been a customer for a couple of months and I regret signing a contract with Orkin. It's been an unfair customer experience every since. The technicians show up 30 minutes to 1 hour late when they already have a 2-hr arrival window, and worst, this local branch (Wylder Rose) does not answer the phone or call back to address concerns. The service guys were polite and appeared to do a good job. However, a week after we had a bi monthly application I found a spider infestation on the front porch. After 3 calls, I finally received a returned call after 23 hours with a promise of a call from a service technician that evening. A day later and still no call. I guess they lock you into a contract and then don't care about there level of service! I do not recommend !!
