1st time getting bed bugs in our apt. so it was kind of freaky for us. we worked with Bill Forgive and he was the nicest and knowledgeable ever. completely broke everything down for us and told us what to get rid of and what not. he was extremely helpful and very genuine. we received the first treatment today, so far so good!! defiantly recommend . ask for Bill!
