From the customer representative who I spoke with when I first called to set up service to Jessie, the exterminator who serviced my home, both were pleasant, professional and patient. They took the time to answer my questions and address all of my concerns. Jessie also laid bait first, then sprayed all my floorboards before going back to check the bait and address activity levels.
