Today, a new technician rang my bell and introduced himself (Jesse), saying that there had been a change of route for my previous tech. He was personable and knowledgeable and willing to do all to make the change seamless I am very satisfied.
Technician was thorough and showed up on time. The day was very hot and we appreciate his efforts.
Great, technician asked if I had problems. I told him I had seen roaches. He sprayed and put down sticky boards to address this problem.
Tech kept me informed about his eta and came on time with everything he needed for fighting ants and rats. Showed me the signs of rat travel.
