I woke up to the sound of what seemed to be a hundred bees gnawing at the ceiling in my bedroom. I called Orkin and they were concerned and very helpful. The Auburn Hills office sent an inspector, Bill Cook, to my house within a few hours. Bill was knowledgeable, explained everything about what he was doing and why, told me he would call me in a few days to make sure I didn’t hear any more noise or see any activity outside, and lastly assured me that the work was guaranteed for 30 days.
