The Servicemen set up 3 box traps and stuffed steel wool around 2 outdoor pipes entering the basement. Then he pushed some steel wool in a hole under the patio next to the foundation. Their “treatment” did nothing. Very disappointed.
Customer services is the only thing I can give this company, as far as timing horrible. They put me off two days on moving, worker drove past my house twice. Second time driving past we asked if this was the address he was looking for and he rolled his window up and drove off, never got a call or anything. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled my appointment to today, it was supposed to be between 8am-10am and I had to call to figure out where the worker was.
