I was so impressed with Taylor & Eric after I had a bad experience with Terminex.They both were the most friendly & helpful people,explaining everything I needed to know.They even charged me less than Terminex quoted.They were on time and did a great job.Terminex gave me an appointment & never showed or returned my call.They didn't even apologize after they did come out to give me a quote.I don't need to deal with people like that..Thank you Orkin.

What I thought I was trying to be careful around were not honey bees but yellow jackets. Aggressive and dangerous. Orkin were out and took care of the cranky insects within hours. They were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Explain everything! Thank you very much.
Incredibly professional, caring, timely and genuinely compassionate. Lucas Harvey came to do our first inspection, and impressed me immediately. On time, totally professional but a genuinely caring human being. He knew we were super stressed and he made sure to explain the whole process. I never felt rushed or pressured. He was sweet to my son and just an awesome guy. Eric, who did the spraying, was also on time and super friendly and professional. It’s made a really stressful time bearable. Great service!

I called Orkin with a problem and they were able to help me the next morning! The representatives were very nice and answered all of my questions. Omar came to spray the house and he was so friendly! He played with my dogs and explained everything he was doing before he did it. He also made sure that the dogs weren’t near anything he was spraying. There was a dog toy under my bed and Omar grabbed it and put it in my dishwasher because he didn’t want to risk it hurting the dogs! I really appreciate the care that was taken in ... read more
