RecommendedIncredibly professional, caring, timely and genuinely compassionate. Lucas Harvey came to do our first inspection, and impressed me immediately. On time, totally professional but a genuinely caring human being. He knew we were super stressed and he made sure to explain the whole process. I never felt rushed or pressured. He was sweet to my son and just an awesome guy. Eric, who did the spraying, was also on time and super friendly and professional. It’s made a really stressful time bearable. Great service!

RecommendedI called Orkin with a problem and they were able to help me the next morning! The representatives were very nice and answered all of my questions. Omar came to spray the house and he was so friendly! He played with my dogs and explained everything he was doing before he did it. He also made sure that the dogs weren’t near anything he was spraying. They are crooked as an employer. They took incorrect taxes from my paychecks and refuse to make it right.

They were unprofessional, they were late 4 out of 4 times, they charged me way more than necessary for a name when terminex charged my neighbor 1000 less for the same exact job. With a payment plan!!!! Her and I own our homes and rent the lot they are on. Orkin Gave me a reason of me not owning my property that my house sits on, was why I couldn’t have a payment plan, I paid 2400 with terrible service, unclear instructions, no communication unless I called them. RecommendedI had an inside appointment scheduled for 4-7 pm because I was working that day Orkin showed up early no one home to let them in he showed up 1:00, I called the office to cancel they could not get ahold of the tech so he did and outside service that I did not want. I had to take care of the inside problem myself.
