We have used for over 30 yrs and have had great results
At first I was impressed with Orkin when I called to have initial service for yellow jackets done. They sent someone out right away. The tech that came out sprayed and told me someone would be out in 48 hours to retreat. After 2 days I called because I never heard anything back and they said the local branch would get in touch with me. It’s been 4 days since treatment and I haven’t heard anything back and I still have yellow jackets coming in. They do not stick to an appt time ! They think they can change the appt at their whim ! My schedule is not for them to change ! They are hired by me and will stick to the scheduled time or not at all ! I have learned ! Never hire them again !
unprofessional and unreliable
they could close! They caused my house fire within 30 days of being inspected. My insurance company sued Orkin and won. Orkin paid for my new home. never do business with them.
i have had issues since my home was treated 9/06/2021couldn't get any help or communication from local or corporate called 7 times left a message that I was ready to call an attorney if no response. Today Rodney came n said he will handle the problem n I feel confident he will. Ask me in a month or two things should b resolved by then I hope.
Service started great 2 years ago- William was Fantastic! However, something changed a few months back and we started getting random technicians sent to our home with little to no warning and then we were taken off of auto pay. Even though we sent in the forms, and called multiple times, to be put back on auto pay- they couldn’t figure it out and we would get bills in the mail.
