At first I was impressed with Orkin when I called to have initial service for yellow jackets done. They sent someone out right away. The tech that came out sprayed and told me someone would be out in 48 hours to retreat. After 2 days I called because I never heard anything back and they said the local branch would get in touch with me. It’s been 4 days since treatment and I haven’t heard anything back and I still have yellow jackets coming in. They are also aware I have 2 children and someone in my house is allergic to bees ... read more

They do not stick to an appt time ! They think they can change the appt at their whim ! My schedule is not for them to change ! They are hired by me and will stick to the scheduled time or not at all ! I have learned ! Never hire them again !
