they could close! They caused my house fire within 30 days of being inspected. My insurance company sued Orkin and won. Orkin paid for my new home. never do business with them.
i have had issues since my home was treated 9/06/2021couldn't get any help or communication from local or corporate called 7 times left a message that I was ready to call an attorney if no response. Today Rodney came n said he will handle the problem n I feel confident he will. Ask me in a month or two things should b resolved by then I hope.
Service started great 2 years ago- William was Fantastic! However, something changed a few months back and we started getting random technicians sent to our home with little to no warning and then we were taken off of auto pay. 1.5 hours late past the 2 hour window. Had to pay in advance. Wasn’t told by customer service to get all pet food and water bowls covered. Was told by customer service that they he outside perimeter treatment would come out 5-6 ft from house.after waiting 4 hours to go back in the house, just picked 3 fleas off of me.

They did a good job on what they were brought in to do for my mid 80's parents. Then they sent in a salesman to check where else they needed stuff. They were more than happy to put more insulation in my parents attic. My dad thought it would cost about $700. The next thing my dad gets a payment book in the mail, he never finances anything. They have his signature on both a contract and finance paperwork, that he didn't get a copy of. $800.00 for a 1x bed bug service where only a few were found? the technician was there less than 30 mins complaining about doing his job on the phone with the sales rep? Being in the pest control business for 10 years I have a clear understanding of how much chemical and time cost. I suggest someone reach out to me before I reach the BBB
