Absolutely everyone is super helpful & answer all the questions you have! Tyler came out today and was very easy going and friendly. My 1.5 German Shepard was very interested in him and he was friendly with him and pet him along the way as he would get in the way. I have an account with Orkin for ant control. This morning I was startled by a mouse. (One of my worse fears) Charles came over and put a treatment in a few places, explained what to watch for and said if I can’t Deal with ‘the remains’ he’ll come back. I was worried about an additional charge but was assured that this was part of my contract. I am very pleased with Orkin and highly recommend their service. Nancy R.
