We had a horrible experience with Orkin. They were almost 2 hours late for the appointment. The call center and the branch miss informed me of what they would be doing and refused to make it right, They kept acting like it was somehow our fault when it definitely was not our fault! We had to completely reschedule after two hours of waiting around with our cats in carriers when they didn’t have to be! Just to find out at 6pm that we couldn’t get our service done.. I was furious! I’m not happy with my service! They told me that we’re all caught up & they decide to take more money out of my account. I had to scream at someone on the phone to return my money back. They don't tell you your contract automatically renews. Thank goodness the Roach problem we had seems to be going away.
