The Orkin Expert who came to our home (Gregg) was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Gregg responded to all of my MANY questions with detail and patience. They do a good job. My problem has been they neglect to call and confirm. The tech came today with no notice. This is not the first time. I told the tech if it happens again I will send him on his way. Their times are not always convenient for the customer... communicate please
