The Orkin Expert who came to our home (Gregg) was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Gregg responded to all of my MANY questions with detail and patience. He did not act rushed though I’m sure he had many more clients to tend to that day. I tried to give Gregg a tip in which he rejected in an extremely professional and grateful manner. They do a good job. My problem has been they neglect to call and confirm. The tech came today with no notice. This is not the first time. I told the tech if it happens again I will send him on his way. Their times are not always convenient for the customer... communicate please
