As a family with small children I can't say how much I appreciate having Orkin treat our home. We have used them for over a year and have absolutely no pest issues. They where able to get rid of a horrible ant infestation and then a few months later we had mice. After just a few visits all activity had stopped and has stayed away. Our pest problem is better. However, we had a scheduled service 2 weeks ago and no one showed up. Today someone shows up for service and I had no idea they were coming. I have now been charged for two service that have not been completed. They need to do a better job at communicating when they are coming and showing up when they say they are coming.
They arrive on time and do a thorough job.
Great service and they get the job done!
Very professional. Both service reps that I have dealt with have been nice and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and covered the whole house. They are respectful of your home, use shoe covers. I was thankful for their service.
