RecommendedAs a family with small children I can't say how much I appreciate having Orkin treat our home. We have used them for over a year and have absolutely no pest issues. They where able to get rid of a horrible ant infestation and then a few months later we had mice. After just a few visits all activity had stopped and has stayed away. Even with my children constantly dropping food on the floor the ants are GONE! Plus our technician is one of the nicest people ever and so kind to answer my sons endless questions! RecommendedOur pest problem is better. However, we had a scheduled service 2 weeks ago and no one showed up. Today someone shows up for service and I had no idea they were coming. I have now been charged for two service that have not been completed. They need to do a better job at communicating when they are coming and showing up when they say they are coming.
