I contacted Orkin for wasp control. They already had my address and home description on file (from the previous owners). The technician came to my home and did not bring any ladders. He also did not know if his sprayer would reach the second story. My wife had to get a step ladder from the garage and carry it up to the second floor so that he could access the attic.
