I contacted Orkin for wasp control. They already had my address and home description on file (from the previous owners). The technician came to my home and did not bring any ladders. He also did not know if his sprayer would reach the second story. My wife had to get a step ladder from the garage and carry it up to the second floor so that he could access the attic. Not sure if I would recommend Orkin. The gentleman was really nice, but I found myself cleaning windows outside the home when the pest solution dripped on the windows after the window panes were sprayed. I also had to wipe the spray solution off my floors after it dried. I’m not sure if it is normal for customers to have to clean up after an extermination project.
