Sanford came out originally to assess the situation and was very knowledgeable, kind and gave good information and developed a plan for us. We really feel fortunate to have Lobsang as our technician who came out & clearly assessed the situation. A delightfully kind, polite, patient & smart young man who was very thorough & knew how to handle our problems. Am looking forward to getting attic cleaned out, sanitized and new insulation. A scary situation being well handled!
