They are a great go-to for pests and insects although, I haven't seen any mice around which is how I'd like to keep it. The techs are very courteous and knowledgeable of their craft. Tim even pointed out a possible entry area for rodents that I had completely forgotten about.

We had many spiders all around the outside of the house And I called orcon and they got rid of the spiders and other pests.

So far caught 3 mice all in the same place. That was two days ago. Nothing since. Just seen . Couple of ants yesterday. I did recommend Orkin to Diane Blair was suppose to be there last sat.
Lobsang was thorough, checking many places the mice might enter. I decided to sign up for the year program. I feel confident that we will eradicate the pests rather quickly.
