For the past 3 visits, I have been getting no email or text advance notice of your visit. Tech attempts to call my home phone number when he arrives at the house but leaves no message. Finding no one home, I then receive an email asking for my feedback along with an email from my credit card company charging me for a visit that didn't happen. This was a scam. They just set up about 4 mouse traps around the house (something I could have done myself) I wasted $360. The technician didn’t even take the time to look around. Don’t use them!
Appointment time was 10 - 12 and no one called to say they were late. Luckily could schedule for later in the day. Told that we would get a follow up call to schedule another inspection by experts and still haven’t heard back. I will change my review if we get contacted and our problem resolved
I’m very disappointed in the service that was performed at my house. Tried several times to connect with my sales person to no response at all.
This is supposed to be my second appointment. I was texted that they were coming from 10-12pm today. I called them at 11:15am for an ETA and the rep said she couldn’t get a hold of the technician. She forwarded my number to the tech so that they could give me a call when they are on their way. 12:03pm rolls around and no one is here nor did I get a call.
