We had first time visit with Orkin yesterday and had just as many ants today. Very disappointed!
We have always heard great things about orkin. We made our first appt with the company and they cancelled the same day and scheduled a few weeks out. That day came and they cancelled again but would come out the next day. Then they were late. They did the inspection and treatment. We signed up for them to come bi- monthly in December. Not only were they an hour later than the window promised, the first time they were supposed to come out no one called or showed up at all. When they guy did come he seemed irritated that he even had to come out. Will not be using orkin again

I was told my entire house would be treated inside. After reviewing our camera footage he did not treat every room or level in our home. Very disappointed.

No value! Mouse problem worse after paying for a year of service. I have to point out the dead mice and the holes where they get in. Never again will I use them.

I've talked to customer service several times during the pandemic to suspend my service while overcoming financial hardship but Orkin kept coming monthly charging my credit card each time. I even sent an email to the branch manager saying I need to suspend my service and if they continue to come out to my residence, they should not expect payment. They came anyway and charged my card each time. Today they came without adequate warning to cancel/reschedule, so I had to cancel my account. I've been paying full price for se... read more
if you want a real pest control company go with Plunkett in your area or anyone other than Orkin. We paid almost 500 plus so far for Plunkett to come in ONE day and take full action sealing holes Orkin overlooked. Plunkett came fully equipped and knowledgeable and willing to give above the call of service. Orkin is a JOKE!!! Please DO not use them. Our issue that had been going on for MONTHS with Orkin was resolved in ONE visit from Plunkett go figure. I really do hope you decide to move on
