My initial service from Orkin was great! I have known about Orkin forever but never used them. The person who signed me up (came to my door) was a super nice guy and I asked him a million questions. He answered them all without even a hesitation. My service was scheduled for the next day and two technicians arrived right on time. It only took them about 15 minutes to do everything since one was able to work inside while the other worked outside. Both were professional and polite. I wanted to make mention of an event that occurred today. My wife was stranded with a tire blow out. As she was trying to figure out the jack, and after many drivers passed her by, one of your employees on his lunch break stopped and helped her change her tire. When we moved to San Antonio, we had no idea we were going to encounter so many bugs and fleas!!! Our 10 year old dog had never had fleas. Poor thing! We finally got rid of them after hiring Orkin. The guys who have come to our house have been very nice and helpful. I appreciate how easy is to make an appointment or reschedule by email or on the phone. We hired a service for them to come every 2 months and when we moved to a new house, there was no problem transferring the service to our new address.
