I will not use the 776 company of Orkin ever again. They where called out to get rid of fleas in my yard. They couldn't get that done. But they still want me to pay them. I was not satisfied at all. I would not call this company for anything..

Orkin is in disarray. I had a $4,000.00 heat treatment for beg bugs we picked up in a hotel. There were very few bugs but we wanted to be sure to eradicate them. I was told at the time by the salesperson and the people in the main office that there was a 1 year warranty. The bed bugs reappeared at 1 year and an Orkin representative came out and immediately started talking about the company restructuring and how the 1 year warranty was not valid any more; reduced to 30 days. I was very disappointed after the salesman sold me on signing up for service and schedule me an appointment the same day after taking my credit card information. Two hours later I receive a phone call saying no one is available to service my home and that it would be a week later. I called to speak with a manager and I was told that it was gonna be a wait and then finally they told me that someone would call me back needless to say that didn't happen this is not a good way to start out with a new customer. BEWARE of Orkin Pest Control branch #776, terrible service! Their customer service department is terrible! After speaking with them twice regarding putting my service on hold because we were buying a new house and waiting on it to close, they still continued to treat my old house I no longer live in and are now saying I have to pay for it anyway, are you kidding me! I have sent them my 30 day written notice of cancellation they require, as I refuse to do business with a company that screws their customers!
