We knew we had a mouse stuck between our cabinet and dishwasher and were unable to get to it. We called Orkin on Wednesday evening and they sent someone the next day. Corey was our service technician and he was incredible. He explained clearly the service plan and what he was going to do. He took care of the mouse, set traps, did a thorough inspection under the house and also sprayed for insects. Ants are periodically an issue. Nethaniel H. was excellent. He was very informative, friendly and efficient. He did a complete spray (interior and exterior). Traps were added in the garage. The chemicals being used were explained. He even explained why I should get rid of the mouse bait (not supplied by Orkin) in my garage, that could cause secondary poisoning of my pets. Thank you very much. Great job.
