We knew we had a mouse stuck between our cabinet and dishwasher and were unable to get to it. We called Orkin on Wednesday evening and they sent someone the next day. Corey was our service technician and he was incredible. He explained clearly the service plan and what he was going to do. He took care of the mouse, set traps, did a thorough inspection under the house and also sprayed for insects. Ants are periodically an issue. Hi highly recommend Orkin. However if you ask for Shay to come and help with any issues I am certain the problem will be solved! The knowledge she has is unbelievable, on top of being professional....HUGE ASSET to your team at Orkin! 5 stars for Shay!

Nethaniel H. was excellent. He was very informative, friendly and efficient. He did a complete spray (interior and exterior). Traps were added in the garage. The chemicals being used were explained. He even explained why I should get rid of the mouse bait (not supplied by Orkin) in my garage, that could cause secondary poisoning of my pets. Thank you very much. Great job.

They will rip you off!! Do NOT call Orkin! I repeat, do NOT call Orkin! They didn't treat my whole house. I went in 2 hours after they left. Not good at all. And they charged me for 2nd tx when they never came back!

I paid ~450 for the initial service and had to call them for visits 3x in a month. Their 10m sprays don't solve the problem. Still see ants. Still have new spider webs popping up on new furniture. I rarely write reviews, but this service, or lack thereof, is a scam and I don't want others to be ripped off.

I previously gave a great review on 2.27.23, I totally take it back. Had someone come to fill the burrow holes from the rats from what the tech told me and there were no holes. Ended up being on the opposite side of the house and very apparent, Told Orkin someone needs to come first thing tomorrow, said not possible until Friday between 4 and 6 pm. Unacceptable since these rats keep gnawing our new pipes and causing leaks and costing me 200+ per fix from the plumber!

If I could do a negative star I would. Rodent control was the issue. Beginning of experience WAS great and then the tech comes to my house to "fix" the screens for entry points. NO the correct term they use is "patch" the guy made it worse by not cleaning screen area where the glue was going. He GLUES THE SCREEN TO THE PILE OF DIRT. So nothing sticks. So now new entry ways can be made. Fast forward to talking to the manager and getting a refund. He refunds me the monthly payment to one card and the initial of $238 has to ... read more

I previously used Orkin and called to restart my service- ants are back! I called on 6/25 and was told someone from the branch would call me back. I didn't receive that call so followed up on 7/7. I was told the inspector would call me the same day to schedule a service. That call back didn't happen either. End of that day, I called to tell them I didn't receive the promised call and they said to call in the morning, as I called after hours.
