I like getting called the day before so I know when Fred is coming. He’s very professional, answers any questions. Orkin is prompt in sending a tech if service is needed in between routine appts.

When they let me know they would be coming on Thursday morning I responded by letting them know I wouldn’t be home until afternoon. Didn’t seem a problem for them at all. They came in the afternoon and as usual they were very professional and thorough. I’ve been using their services for years now and am completely satisfied.
