Zero Customer service. If a customer has a problem, they won’t reach out to you after making complaint, the customer has to call them again & again to resolve the issue. TOTALLY disappointing!!!

RecommendedI do not recommend this service at all. Didn’t really take care of the problems we wanted dealt with. We have had to call several times because they missed big things (large spider webs in plain sight). Unfortunately we’re locked into a contract, so we have to wait for it to end.

When we first hired Orion to take care of sugar ants in our house, I was very happy with the service. We kept them on as a monthly service. Then they stopped calling us before they came, and we wouldn't be home for the technician to take care of the inside of the house, even after multiple requests from us to call at least a day before coming. I apologize sincerely for the poor communication and service you received. The charge you received (in May) was for the April service, I'm not sure why there was such a delay. I have refunded that charge today and it should take 3-5 business days for it to be received at your banking institution.
