RecommendedMost everything is great. I get notice when they are coming And just before they arrive. The only problem I have is consistency in their billing. Never had that problem before Orkin. I just want a bill mailed after my service is complete!

Robert comes out to my house once a month and he is very thorough and everything he does. He talks to me about what he is going to do what he has done and if any significant issues have come up. He definitely takes care of his clients and understands the service needs of the client. you have a very good employee, pay attention to him. I am in the service business and he has all the qualities of a good service technician, hold onto him.
