Chad was exceptionally good. Very competent. He’s the sixth service man I’ve had in two years; only one other was reasonably good. The very first one I had, Mark, was extraordinaire; Mark is now in management in Everett

The technician was so polite and wore a mask and shoe coverings while he did his work. He knew what he was talking about and had all of the answers to my questions. He let me know that he would follow up with me a week later to ensure the treatment worked. I’m am so happy with my service and would recommend highly!
