We had some initial problems but a call usually resulted in the matter being resolved post haste. 1 time it may have taken longer. I find that most issues anywhere are a direct result of the old "What we have here is a failure to communicate!" routine. & w Orkin, it's always been resolved when we communicate. Imagine that! 😁 The new mgr... Dave(?... sorry... my beloved wife would know for sure) has made some changes for the gooder. 🤗
