We had some initial problems but a call usually resulted in the matter being resolved post haste. 1 time it may have taken longer. I find that most issues anywhere are a direct result of the old "What we have here is a failure to communicate!" routine. & w Orkin, it's always been resolved when we communicate. Imagine that! 😁 The new mgr... Dave(?... sorry... my beloved wife would know for sure) has made some changes for the gooder. 🤗

Initial service was effective. warranty service inspections were thorough--technicians were friendly
They are efficient and thorough.
They came out as expected and thoroughly explained what they would do. They took care of my pest problems quickly. Their pesticide is pet friendly and doesn’t smell bad. The technician was courteous and professional.
