technicians where vere knowledgeable.. but the appointment was set up for 12 - 2 PM and I was called to see if I would change it to 10 - 12 and I rearranged my schedule for them and I even recieved a confirmation of the change... at 11:35 the technician showed yo and I asked if he had recieved notification of the change and I showed him the message I had recieved... no he didnt.... I was there from 9:30 till 11:35 before he showed.. no fault of him. so if time is important please.
