I have called no less than 10 times, emailed the branch manager and told the tech when he calls me to stop rescheduling me and they keep doing it. They said they came out last month although I told the guy not to. I have several cameras and they NEVER came yet are sending me collection emails, calls and letters. I worked with them for 2 years and can’t believe how their service went downhill.
No call / no show on the first scheduled attempt. I tried again, assuming good intent and they showed up 30 minutes early, then left because no one responded at the front door. They did not text in advance as they told me they would, and left me a voicemail after they’d already left. Poor service, poor punctuality. I’ll be finding a different service.
Until our last scheduled spraying, last week, I have always left a good review, but the last scheduled spraying did not take place. The pre-scheduled reminders all came appropriately, and this is great, but no one showed up and no spraying took place. I’m sure there must be a reason for why, but no contact has been made to explain why. Their service is great, and effective, but they need to communicate if they are not going arrive.
I have called twice to not have James as a technician and you send him anyway. Shows lack of care for my opinion. Also, every communication has said he would have PPE, and all he had was a respirator. Shows you are willing to protect him, but again don’t care about the customer. I will be discontinuing my service
