Kaliah was very knowledgable and helpful. She is orderly and practical. Having her come proved effective--so far, no more mice, and she heroically removed two wasp nests and sprayed for inside bugs. She is also polite and kind.

I think the rep went through too quickly and not spray a long the wall the was accessible. I understand not being able to spray where I had item again the wall but one example there were no items in my dinning area against the wall and he only did one side of my dinning room. Orkin is a great company and has helped me to eliminate the infestation of roaches I once had.
