The only reason I stay with Orkin is because of the technician who services my area, Javier Gonzalez. If it weren’t for him, I would find another provider. Appointment scheduling is inconsistent and the call persons are not very friendly and always seem grumpy. Javier’s service, attitude and professionalism and thoroughness is the only reason I stay. Thank you Javier for caring for your clients!
I am neutral. Orkin professional was very nice and courteous and knowledgeable. When I called, my home was being overrun by ants and company could not come until 4 days later. When agent was on property, he broke one of my decorative lights on patio. The Orkin price seemed high for what you get.... It was an empty house that we moved into so there was no food item that ants were attacking. We went to Home Depot and bought terro stakes which seemed to handle the issue most expeditiously. I get no feedback, no idea where or what he sprays. No follow ups, no questions about addressing any homeowner concerns or issues. Just a quick spray walk thru, (from what I see on my Ring app), and that’s it. Makes no sense to me.
They promised to come in a week. Around September 28 or 29. No calls or text messages. Disappointed. Thinking of switching to another company. Want my money back.
First when I called was giving one price 2nd given different. Also claim when they come out they include spiders silver fish and other insects. When they get here Jose said I am only spraying for ants. I asked is it a different chemical then what they told me that was included? Answer was a month maintenance was required. I asked again and claimed was a different chemical. Then wanted me to pay before work was even started. Stains are on my 1 month old base board . Jose said it would go away. Which I hope it does.
