I get no feedback, no idea where or what he sprays. No follow ups, no questions about addressing any homeowner concerns or issues. Just a quick spray walk thru, (from what I see on my Ring app), and that’s it. Makes no sense to me.

First when I called was giving one price 2nd given different. Also claim when they come out they include spiders silver fish and other insects. When they get here Jose said I am only spraying for ants. I asked is it a different chemical then what they told me that was included? Answer was a month maintenance was required. I asked again and claimed was a different chemical. Then wanted me to pay before work was even started. Stains are on my 1 month old base board . Jose said it would go away. Which I hope it does.
