Jacob arrived between noon & 2 as scheduled, was polite and got the job done. We’ve used Orkin for 6 years now and always satisfied. Only bugs we find are dead ones and very few of those. We highly recommend Orkin Pest Control.
I had a scheduled appointment today from 10-12. Nobody ever showed up. At 12:15 I called the office and was told they would call the tech and find out where he was. At 1:00 I had to go back to work, still no call. I called the office again and was asked to hold on while the reach out to the branch, at 1:15 I had to hang up and go back to work. 3 hours waiting without being contacted was too much. Very poor customer service. I now have an appointment with Terminix.
