I had a scheduled appointment today from 10-12. Nobody ever showed up. At 12:15 I called the office and was told they would call the tech and find out where he was. At 1:00 I had to go back to work, still no call. I called the office again and was asked to hold on while the reach out to the branch, at 1:15 I had to hang up and go back to work. 3 hours waiting without being contacted was too much. Very poor customer service. I now have an appointment with Terminix.

I thought he was putting bait stations in my yard for rat control thought he would go in the attic and put out rat bait he just threw it up there not exactly satisfied when I talked to the rep on the phone they told me things he didn’t do
