We have used another pest company in the past that has always been good, but we had a big problem with some bugs with stingers this year and he doesn't usually deal with those types of bugs and can't do weekends so we called Orkin. Although it was expensive, it seemed worth it since they could come out that day and do the full treatment plus general pest control. You need an ‘I’m not sure button’. We’ve been with Orkin for just Over a year and haven’t had an issue until this last month. They didn’t show, didn’t call and didn’t email on a Service we had already paid for. I called and left 3 messages that went unanswered. Finally got someone to answer the phone, she was to look it up and call us back. She didn’t. By now we were ready to cancel the whole deal.
