You need an ‘I’m not sure button’. We’ve been with Orkin for just Over a year and haven’t had an issue until this last month. They didn’t show, didn’t call and didn’t email on a Service we had already paid for. I called and left 3 messages that went unanswered. Finally got someone to answer the phone, she was to look it up and call us back. She didn’t. By now we were ready to cancel the whole deal.
