Everyone that I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I called on a Sunday and they came on Monday and took care of my issue. Technician was very nice and thorough and answered all of my questions and took care of the yellow jackets that I had issues with

when I pay monthly Orkin will come to your home as many times as you need them for pest control, no charge. I can't afford to pay yearly so for the service and price I'm very comfortable
Both employees I met were very nice. We purchased a home this year after our rental being flooded last year. We discovered mice, cockroaches, and many other creepy crawlies. So gross! I got a quick evaluation and they came back and treated our home for just about everything. I was under the impression that they literally sealed cracks with some type of silicone, but I didn't receive such a service. Just pesticides and traps. They were polite on the phone. Needed a termite inspection for home finance and they were quick to get it taken care of. The inspector was very pleasant and efficient. I would greatly work with them again

Their technicians are very professional and proactively resolve issues usually in 1 or two visits. I've been their customer for 3 years and find them much better at dealing with pests than Paramount Pest Control.
