Well informed. Very knowledgeable, polite, and went over everything with us. Very very nice customer service from this guy. We were treated for stink bugs and crickets. These guys are great . Knowledgeable, on time, caring, polite service . Very happy with my decision to go with Orkin pest control!

Michael was the tech that came to our residence. I could not be more satisfied with his visit. He answered all my silly questions and concerns and was super polite and affable. This is the first time we’ve required pest service and we will continue seeking treatment with this organization. He mentioned to not hesitate in reaching out if we see more critters and as a mom of a little girl and newborn, he put my anxious mind to ease. I would highly recommend Orkin!
