Excellent costumer service from the first phone contact to the technician at the house. The technician was knowledgeable, and patient. He explained what he was doing and why and answered our questions without seeming to be bothered. He made great recommendations for continued insect control. Followed all COVID guidelines with a mask and shoe covers. We really appreciated that. We believe the technicians name is Mr. Flacio. (Hard to read the carbon copy part of the contract).
