Technician are always very friendly and complete their work very quickly. I have not had any major problems since starting their service many years ago.
Have ants above my cabinets, of course when the orkin guy showed up, the ants were not visibly present. So I’m not sure if he didn’t believe me, but he never sprayed up there. He put a gel and ant bait maybe 2-3 feet away from where I told them the ants were. And a bunch of ants collected by the gels. And they died. Great. But they’re still above my cabinet like I initially called. I wouldn’t make it up. So he should have sprayed or took care of the ants above my cabinet. Especially for $199. Very disappointed

unscheduled visits at unusual times
Terrible experience. Called requesting new service and the person took my payment information and scheduled me for today. Today after waiting 2 days for their appointment the technician informed me that they cannot do the service unless I get their “paperwork” signed. Why didn’t they take care of the paperwork before wasting everyone’s time sending over a technician for nothing. Wasted my time, my tenant who stayed home and everybody else. Terrible experience. They can’t schedule their times to show up. We received a text saying. They would be out one day but didn’t show until the next without warning.
