Good service but we used to receive a postcard with scheduled date. Now they call the evening before they are coming out. Not acceptable notice. This last time I called the number back and said I would contact the office to reschedule, haven’t yet, then yesterday I received a message they were coming out today. No real notice and wasn’t home for inside service.

While our technician Eric has always been excellent the office staff is absolutely horrendous. Today Eric called us and said he was heading to our house. We responded we were not home and had no idea he was coming to which he replied they should have called you and let you know I was coming at least one day before this is the fourth time that this has happened to us your company never lets us know when the technician is coming. They are a scam!! You call 800 number!! Sends you to some CSR dummy who doesn’t even know what’s going on. He makes a bunch of promises that aren’t even what you get. Then they send over a summer college kid for a summer job to tell you have bugs and they charge you over $100. Then they say they can’t treat the same day which was promised by CSR. Treat your rooms for $375 per room?!? WTF!! Don’t use them!!

I’ve been a customer for 4 months and found Orkin to do nothing but take my money. They sold us on the fact that have the technology to identify point of entrance, however, they never went into our attic or any of our crawl spaces. They stated they found one area outside and sealed it. We continued to have the issue and, after multiple attempts of them coming out, we finally called another company. I’ve been a customer of orkins for two year and continue to have the same problem. Orkins states that they have the technology to identify point of entrance, and two years later I’m still waiting for them to identify point of entrance. They also state that if your not satisfied with their last service prior to canceling they’ll refund you for that service.
